Women's Yoga
Strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, breath awareness, stress management, perimenopause support and sustainable wellness habits.
Helping busy professionals and midlife women build strength, resilience and well-being through yoga, breathwork and mindful living.
The word “Vatsalyam” represents the affection and nurturing care of a mother. That spirit forms the foundation of everything we do.
Vatsalyam Yoga is a wellness space created to support physical, mental and emotional well-being through movement, breath, mindfulness and self-awareness. The intention is to help people feel seen, supported and encouraged to grow at their own pace.
Whether someone joins to improve physical health, manage stress, regain confidence in movement or simply reconnect with themselves, the practice is designed to support everyday life — not just time spent on the mat.
What Makes Vatsalyam Different
Small group learning, posture observation and individual guidance.
Practices modified according to age, goals, physical condition and experience.
Movement, breath, relaxation, awareness and mindful lifestyle habits.
A supportive, non-judgmental environment where people grow at their own pace.
Every body is different. Every life stage is different. Yoga at Vatsalyam is adapted to the individual — not the other way around. Each class is offered online and in Bangalore, with small groups either way.
Students across India, Australia, the UK and the USA have experienced the benefits of a thoughtful, personalized and sustainable yoga practice through Vatsalyam Yoga.

Fondly known as Raji. Yoga educator, wellness advocate and former IT professional.
For nearly two decades, she worked in the corporate IT industry, navigating deadlines, responsibilities, long hours and the constant balancing act between professional and personal life. Yoga entered her life not merely as exercise, but as a powerful tool for self-discovery, healing and transformation.
Yoga has transformed the way I relate to my body and mind. Equally, my ongoing study of Vedanta (Bhagavad Gita and Upanishads) under the guidance of my teacher has transformed the way I understand life itself.
These teachings continue to provide grounding, clarity, perspective and inner balance. They remind me that true well-being is not merely physical fitness, but also cultivating a calmer mind, greater self-awareness and a deeper connection with oneself.
This understanding naturally informs the way I teach, live and engage with the people I work with.
